Under Milk Wood

Under Milk Wood is a moving and hilarious account of a spring day in the (fictitious) small Welsh coastal town of Llareggub (“bugger all” spelt backards). We accompany the inhabitants through the dream and ghosts of the night, into their brilliant noisy way, and back into the dusky, bawdy night – sheer humanity in all its muddling-along glory, dreaming and worrying about life, death, God, sex- and the neighbours!
